Welcome to the Derbyshire Eating Disorders Service podcast! This podcast has been created by the Assistant Psychologists within the service. We have developed this podcast to provide information around eating disorders, offer hints and tips and bust any myths that we may come across.

    Apprehensive about group sessions?

    In this episode we are joined by Dr. Ali Robertson (clinical psychologist) and Kay Hurn (nurse therapist) to discuss some of the common apprehensions, worries or concerns service users may have about attending group sessions as part of treatment; with discussions about the benefits of groups and finishing on some testimonials from experts by experience.     Waterlily Insight

    In this episode we are joined by Fliss, a lived experience service user currently undergoing the Waterlily day provision programme. We explored Fliss' experiences of this programme.
