Great Addition to Her Book!

I’ve read Dee’s book (Science if Skinny) and absolutely loved it! I’m extremely excited to be able to listen to more food topics, as well as current updates for topics covered in her book. Perfect to listen to for any occasion.

Nice concept

Thank you for this production. Lots of people are interested in diet, herbology, and the specific benefits of plants and herbs. However, I would like to request two things: that you cite the studies that you quote, where they were published, how many people were studied, and the methodology and results.
Second: there is a lot of basic plant biology lacking here such as in the elderberry podcast you said that elderberries grow on vines (which is not true). They grow on a shrub. There are both edible and inedible varieties of elderberry. They are both American and European varieties of the same genus.
Next, on the saffron podcast you cite that the stigma of the crocus is harvested. Again this is not accurate, as there is only one stigma and multiple anthers in a flower and is the anthers that are used.
I just think that accurate information allows for more credibility and science rather than quasi-science.
