Jess Przulj - Task Management Coach, Routine Organizer

******** TOP 1.5% Global Podcast************ Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in mommy survival mode? Maybe you know what would help, but you struggle to stay consistent long enough to see any results. Do you feel guilty when you prioritize yourself instead of maintaining everyone else's expectations? You're not alone. Welcome to Habit Stacking Mom, the podcast that helps overwhelmed moms create consistency and confidence by organizing their habits, routines, and responsibilities more intentionally. Hi, I'm Jess, a wife, stay-at-home mom of three girls, and creator of the Habit Stacked Life. For years I lived in a cycle of burnout, frustration, and constantly feeling behind. I wasted time, struggled to follow through on routines, carried the mental load alone, and felt like I was always reacting to life instead of leading it. Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix everything at once and started focusing on consistently stacking simple habits together each day. Because small habits repeated consistently create bigger results than big plans that never get implemented. This podcast will help you create simple routines, build consistency in the areas that matter most, prioritize your health and well-being, reduce overwhelm, manage your home more intentionally, and create systems that balance the life you actually want to live. Each week you'll learn practical strategies, habit-stacking experiments, simple planning systems, and realistic routines designed specifically for busy moms. The goal isn't perfection. It's creating habits that help you show up with more energy, more balance, more confidence, and more consistency in the areas that matter most. So grab your earbuds and let's get stacking.

Ep 212 // Why Every Family Needs Back-to-School Habits For Responsible Kids

Hey Momma! As the school year begins, most of us spend our time buying school supplies, organizing backpacks, and trying to prepare for everything this new season will bring. But what if the biggest opportunity this school year isn't just getting everyone back into a routine, it's intentionally teaching our kids more responsibility? In today's episode, we're taking a step back and looking at the bigger picture. As moms, it's so easy to become the memory board for our entire family. We remember every schedule, every permission slip, every practice, every appointment, and every little detail because somewhere along the way it simply became easier to do it ourselves. But as our kids grow, we have an opportunity to slowly hand those responsibilities back to them through simple habits and intentional routines. Ultimately, this episode is about creating awareness. Awareness of the responsibilities we're carrying, awareness of the habits we're modeling, and awareness of the opportunities we have every single day to teach our children the life skills they'll need long after they leave our homes. Every year is another chance to help our kids become a little more capable, a little more confident, and a little more independent than they were the year before.   WEEKLY FOCUS GUIDE   🎁FREE GIFTS Energy Reset Guide Reset Planner Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard   👇Let's Connect HSM FREE Community Weekly Newsletter Instagram

Ep 206 // Routines Can Keep You Unintentionally Stuck If Your Habits Are On Autopilot

We spend nearly half of our lives running on autopilot and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Our brains are designed to automate repeated behaviors so we can conserve mental energy. The problem isn't that we have habits. The problem is that our brains don't distinguish between habits that help us and habits that hold us back. In this episode, we're exploring the relationship between habits and routines, why your routines are already producing the results you're experiencing, and how becoming aware of the habits inside those routines is the first step toward creating lasting change. In this episode, we'll cover: Why your brain creates habits and how autopilot works The difference between a habit and a routine How routines can quietly reinforce outcomes you never intentionally chose Why habit stacking isn't about adding more to your day How replacing one habit inside an existing routine can completely change the direction of your day If this episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to leave a review and share it with another mama who could use the reminder that change doesn't require starting over, it starts with becoming intentional. Come say hi on Instagram and send me a DM. I'd love to hear what habit inside one of your routines you're working on this week. Until next time… Just keep stacking.   WEEKLY FOCUS GUIDE   🎁FREE GIFTS Energy Reset Guide Reset Planner Stack Starter Guide Declutter Scorecard   👇Let's Connect HSM FREE Community Weekly Newsletter Instagram
