Mohamed Romdhani has a Ph.D. in Sport Sciences from the University of Manouba, Tunisia (2019), with several teaching and research experiences in France and Tunisia (2019–2026). He now holds a position as an Assistant Professor of Exercise Physiology at the Higher Institute of Sport and Physical Education, University of Sfax, Tunisia. He is affiliated with the Research Unit of the National Observatory of Sport and the Interdisciplinary Research Laboratory at Paris Nanterre University, France, and his research focuses on the bidirectional relationship between sleep and athletic performance to help athletes and coaches optimize performance, recovery, and long-term well-being.
