I felt out of control with food — especially sugar and carbs — and no longer trusted my body or myself. Hormonal changes, low energy, and increasing body pain only intensified as I became older.  I finally realized that if I was going to create sustainable weight loss and take my health seriously, I needed to understand nutrition in a way that felt simple and doable.
