Then they walk away from all of it. That's how Florence and Daniel Cathiard came to Bordeaux: not through wine families or wine school, but through a memory. Years earlier, before terrifying downhill races, a coach had handed the young ski team a glass of red Cabernet to help them sleep —decades ahead of the French Paradox headlines. It stuck.
