    The Frequency War: Why the World Feels So Chaotic

    In this episode, I break down how reality is created through frequency, vibration, and emotion—and why understanding that changes everything about how we experience the world. I explain how our emotions produce measurable frequencies that shape our personal reality and contribute to the collective frequency of humanity. I talk about how consensus realities form throughout history, how belief systems spread through generations, and how large groups of people collectively create the world they experience together. From there, I dive into how control systems operate by keeping people in lower emotional frequencies—through stress, fear, nervous system dysregulation, and constant emotional triggering. When people stay stuck in those lower states, they remain disconnected from their power and their ability to consciously shape their reality. But the solution is simpler than people think. The real shift happens when we learn to regulate our nervous system, process the emotions stored in our bodies, and intentionally choose higher-frequency emotional states like courage, connection, gratitude, and love. In this episode, I also share personal experiences about processing stored trauma in the body, how emotions get trapped as energy, and why those feelings can surface later when your nervous system finally feels safe enough to release them.     Frequency & Vibration and How They Create Reality With Your Consciousness

    In this episode I explain how frequency and vibration inside the body create the reality we experience. I walk through how emotions generate measurable energetic patterns in the body and how those emotional states influence our thoughts, our nervous system, and the way we experience life. I break down the frequency scale of emotions and how different emotional states expand or contract the electromagnetic field generated by the heart and body. When emotions shift, the body shifts with them—changing hormone signals, brain activity, and nervous system responses. Over time these emotional patterns become a baseline that shapes how we think, how we feel, and how we experience reality. I explain the loop that happens between emotional frequency, subconscious programming, and physical experience. Thoughts influence feelings, feelings reinforce emotional states, and those emotional states generate the same types of thoughts and reactions until we interrupt the cycle and take control of the direction of our thinking. In this episode I also talk about how the body stores unprocessed emotions and why feeling and moving emotions through the body is necessary if you want to change your emotional baseline. I explain how breathing, movement, grounding, and conscious self-talk help shift emotional states and reprogram subconscious patterns. I also discuss how the electromagnetic field generated by the body interacts with the larger electromagnetic environment around us.
