    This week I was able to sit down with Thrice frontman, Dustin Kensrue. One of the first bands I got into when I started collecting records, I was always drawn to their sound. Post Hardcore being so prominent in my rotation something about Thrice’s approach always wooed me!     I first saw Emily play at the recent Sing Us Home festival and from there knew I had to learn her Emily’s story. Emily fits so many different scenes, from the classic rock, to punk, to singer songwriter… she’s able to grasp any type of audience she faces. Emily in recent has toured with the likes of TOOL, Yungblud, and Brian Fallon. Some topics Emily and I talk about include: creating a signature guitar, writing in a closet, the NJ punk scene, how it’s been difficult for her to write collaboratively and more!
