Episode 36: Breaking The OCD Loop with Danielle Jhiani

Danielle Jhiani is a Certified Coach and the founder of My OCD Coach, dedicated to helping individuals break free from anxiety, OCD, and relationship challenges with longer- lasting results. Based in Florida, she has guided hundreds of people to reach Lifetime Recovery across all OCD subsets. Her journey began with her own struggle with ROCD, Just Right OCD, Somatic OCD, Health OCD, and Harm OCD. After working with highly-trained OCD therapists, Danielle got better, but kept relapsing. She finally discovered 3 missing pieces that got her to the recovery stage (and has kept her here for years). This led to the creation of The REAL Method, a simple yet powerful 4- part system designed to stop the OCD cycle before it gains control. With a background in Psychology & Applied Behavior Analysis, Danielle’s deep knowledge, unwavering compassion, and first-hand experience enable her to coach clients worldwide, including OCD therapists struggling with OCD themselves. Her mission? To help others break free to reclaim their peace, and build lives filled with love, joy, and connection. https://www.myocdcoach.com/podcast Support the show ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Website: https://hincheyhypnotherapy.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/katherine-hinchey-hypnotherapy/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hinchey_hypnotherapy/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/katherine.hinchey.9 Original Song by Tracey Moore and performed by Jazzyfatnastees.  Audio editing and engineering by Zachary Treanor If you enjoyed listening, make sure to like, follow, share and leave a review!  This podcast is for informational purposes only. Episode 35: Stephanie Hampton Shares How Self Care Became A Spiritual Awakening

At 18, Stephanie Hampton found a way to love and respect herself through caring for her body. Health and movement became the doorway to a spiritual awakening that continues to unfold today. She describes that journey as following breadcrumbs: the Universe revealing each lesson as she becomes ready to receive it. Years of developing her body and understanding her mind led her to a conviction that now guides her work: the spirit deserves the same care and attention we give our physical and mental selves. Born in Brazil and now based in California, Stephanie began her professional career in tech sales at Okta. Along the way, that growing connection to herself called her to follow her heart and create something rooted in what she had spent years discovering. Episode 31 - Shalinda Thibodeaux and Jacqui Hinchey: Living Through 9/11 25 Years Later

This week, Jacqui Hinchey and Shalinda Thibodeaux join Hyp Talks to mark 25 years since 9/11. We tell the day the way we actually lived it: watching from Michigan while trying to reach a sister in downtown Manhattan, walking across New York in flip-flops to pick up a child once the trains shut down, and stepping out of the subway near Wall Street as the second plane hit and paper rained from the sky. We close with what's practical: what World Trade Center Health Program certification actually means, and how the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund helps survivors and responders who are still getting sick decades later. If 9/11 touched your life, or you've never heard this side of the story, this one will stay with you. Subscribe, share it with someone who remembers, and leave a review with the detail you'll never forget. In loving memory of Melinda Garris, and all of the lives lost due to the events of 9/11. Additional thanks to Matthew Hamm, Madeleine Dobson and James Rossiter for sharing your stories.  Support the show ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Website: https://hincheyhypnotherapy.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/katherine-hinchey-hypnotherapy/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/hinchey_hypnotherapy/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/katherine.hinchey.9 Original Song by Tracey Moore and performed by Jazzyfatnastees.  Audio editing and engineering by Zachary Treanor If you enjoyed listening, make sure to like, follow, share and leave a review!  This podcast is for informational purposes only. Episode 30 - Leslie Swedish: You Can Change How You Love By Changing What Your Subconscious Repeats

This week's guest is Leslie Swedish. As a mother of three children spanning from young adult to toddler and with a diverse professional background that includes nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, artistry, hairstyling, administration, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership (as the founder and president of The Moxxi Women's Foundation), her journey has been multifaceted. Through her own process of healing and personal growth, Leslie came to understand the challenges of effecting lasting change. Despite our best intentions, we often find ourselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, grappling with the frustration of knowing what needs to change yet struggling to make it happen. It's a universal struggle, recognizing the need for transformation but feeling powerless to enact it. This realization ignited my passion for hypnotherapy. She saw in it a powerful tool to facilitate profound and lasting change by tapping into the subconscious mind, where entrenched patterns and beliefs reside. By harnessing the transformative potential of hypnotherapy, she found a way to help others break free from self-imposed limitations and unlock their true potential.
