So I looked up examples of consistency and the Black Guy Who Tips Podcast came up as example 1. Example 2 was Rod and Karen as a couple. 20+ years in this day and time is to be celebrated, written about, and secretly studied lol. Just wanted to give my friends they flowers not only because of their accomplishment on the podcast. But in life as well. Big congrats to y’all! Now for Ep 3321! Mike drop gems all thought out the episode and Rod and Karen as usual tie it all together. What especially spoke to me was the convo about him teaching future comedians how to be themselves. Be the next you cause that’s never been done! BARZ! What struck me is this is something that can be applied to every facet of life not just comedy. One of the reasons so many other podcast have come and gone and TBGWT has stayed is because not matter the topic or the game. You see Rod and Karen being unapologetically who they are. Not copying some formula or using buzzwords to get clicks or plays. I think Mike said y’all are “singularly you.” And here’s the kicker. Y’all are not afraid to test the water out of curiosity and give honest opinions on your experience. And the willingness to be like water taken on new challenges and adapting to new projects for the viewers. The music teacher Mike mentioned allowing student to find their way musically is a lost art in school, athletics and in the world as general. I’ll end with this about Rods dark humor. He introduced me to Anime. I was already friends with John. Correct me if I am wrong Rodimus, but remember swunging by y’all room and Legend of the Overfiend was on the screen. My green azz was like what’s this? Rod hit me with the most Sukuna grin know to man and was like have a seat. IYKYK lmao. Love you guys. Can't wait to see how y’all keep growing!

Rod and Karen are the two cousins you always want to chop it up with at any family gathering. Funny, insightful, pragmatic and real. Found you all during the height of the pandemic. I can honestly say, you both saved my sanity. Keep on keeping on. 💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️ 2/8/26 It has been a minute since I updated my 5 Star review. If I could rate you higher, I would. I am excited that I have turned some folks at work onto and more importantly my 25 year old daughter is a huge fan. Keep doing the damn thing!!!! 5/1/26 Finally brought my behind on the other side of the Paywall. You all are amazing podcasters. Thank you for staying true to yourselves.
