Please go back to the old format of taking calls — I understand if Dave wants to slow down, we could have another Ramsey personality take the calls. This new format and less calls and more lessons just doesn’t feel as valuable.

Used to love the show. Needs to go back I to old format.

Owning a small business, I have been absolutely obsessed with this show until Dave stopped taking calls. Dave is so knowledgeable on small business practices and I’ve learned so much. There is a reason he’s the host. Please return to the former format. Even the informational shows aren’t the same and do not warrant me listening anymore. I’ve been a huge fan until recently and miss this show (and host) so much! This show has always been five stars for me, and now I’m reluctant to rate the review.

I know several fellow entrepreneurs. We all used to listen to this podcast until they changed the format from caller driven to interviewing talking heads. The internet is full of talking heads with a business philosophy, and/or good interviewing skills. Their stuff isn’t vetted. It hasn’t been tested by the street. Finding a seasoned entrepreneur who coaches business owners through their toughest problems live was unique and special. Even if Dave wants to step back, find a personality to fill in but don’t change the format to a commoditized saturated one. I hope they turn the ship soon before they lose their core audience, as well as the associated events and coaching businesses.
