    No longer in last place!

    Welcome back to A Pod of Their Own, an all-women led Home Run Applesauce podcast where we talk all things Mets, social justice issues in baseball, and normalize female voices in the sports podcasting space.  This week, we begin by discussing the Mets’ up and down month of May, which at least ended on a positive note. We talk about whether the Mets can turn things around in June despite their tough schedule with help from the returning injured players. We also chat about the shifting sands of the rotation and congratulate Lee Mazzilli and Bobby Valentine for being inducted into the Mets Hall of Fame.
