Ep 4: From the Classroom to Sold-Out Stadiums with Craig Meyer

Craig Meyer has lived the kind of life most musicians only dream about. He’s toured the world as music director and drummer for Rachel Platten, riding the Fight Song rocket ship through sold-out stadiums, late-night TV, and the New Year’s Eve ball drop in Times Square with Ryan Seacrest. He’s spent 25 years on stages holding anywhere from five people to 50,000, collaborating with artists like Brendan James and producing records through his company, Juice Productions. He’s also one of my favorite people on this planet, one of the most aligned humans I know, and the magic behind the production of this very podcast. So this conversation felt like letting you all pull up a chair in the studio with us. And here’s the part I can’t wait for you to hear: none of it would have happened if Craig hadn’t trusted a knowing that defied ALL logic. One morning on his drive to the high school where he taught, at a school so secure teachers called it the Queen Mary, something in his body said “I can’t not try this.” He wrote his resignation letter that same day, with no plan. What happened four and a half years later will give you full-body chills. It’s one of the most beautiful full-circle stories I’ve ever heard. He fully went for his dreams, and the Universe definitely delivered.  We talk about the kid who walked up to his locker at 16 and told him he was a drummer before he knew it himself. The billionaire at the bar who said he’d trade it all to feel what Craig feels on stage for ten minutes. The condo that taught him external checkboxes can’t fill your soul. Why he’s never let anything numb the feeling he gets behind the kit. How he married his wife 6 months after meeting her. And the one question he asks himself at every crossroads, which might change how you make decisions forever. This episode is a masterclass in living in flow. I hope it gives you permission to trust your own knowing, follow your joy with abandon even and especially when it defies logic. Ep 3: Trust Fall Into Life with Energy Healer Claire Fleetneedle

What if your body has been telling you the truth for years, and the symptoms were the message? This week I’m talking with my dear friend Claire Fleetneedle, a voice and public speaking coach and the creator of P.U.L.S.E., her beautiful approach to energy healing. If you’ve been to one of my retreats, you may already know her magic. In this conversation, Claire shares how she went from suppressing her gifts as a child to fully trusting them, and how following her inner knowing led her to leave a 27-year relationship, move from Wales to Ireland for love, and build a life that finally fit her soul. And here’s the part that gave me chills: for five years, Claire’s body was sick every single day. After she made the move her knowing had been asking for, it stopped. Your body keeps the score, loves, and it will keep speaking until you listen. Inside this episode: Claire’s childhood gifts: seeing spirits, sensing how animals felt, and why she shut it all down to fit inHow her intuition actually speaks: mental images, gut feelings, and her body literally leaning forward for yes and back for noWhat happens inside a healing session, from guided meditation to energy work to meeting the younger versions of yourself that need tendingChoosing the illogical, soul-led path over the safe one, and what happened when she didThe five years of daily sickness that vanished after she finally made the change her body had been begging forSimple, practical ways to strengthen YOUR intuition starting today: meditation, focusing practices, and asking your body yes-or-no questionsWhy real connection beats social media performance, and Claire’s take on finding your authentic voice in an AI worldHow voice coaching heals more than accents: communication blocks, confidence, and the courage to be heardIf your body has been whispering (or screaming) that something needs to change, this episode is for you. Ep 2: Why I Started This Podcast (and the Story Behind It All)

This one is just me and you. I’ve never told the whole story in one place before. In this solo episode, I’m sharing why I created this podcast, and the wild, winding, intuition-led path that brought me here. Like the moment at 12 years old when I walked into my brother's apartment and knew, before any doctor did, that he was dying. He was 72 hours away from it. That experience jarred me to my core, and it scared me into shutting down my gifts for years. I’m also taking you through the clothing and furniture store I ran with my mom (our version of Anthropologie), and why I turned the dressing rooms into a no negative self talk zone. The gourmet cookie boutique I opened because I wanted to be Mrs. Fields when I grew up. Losing my brother, and the knowing that came over my whole body before anyone said a word. And the unexpected gift that moved me out of the cookie store and into this work 13 years ago, guiding thousands of people around the world home to themselves ever since. Inside this episode: Why your intuition speaks through your body, and why it’s probably screaming at you right nowThe mind’s job is to keep you in your comfort zone. Your intuition has access to so much moreHow grief, fear, and trauma can shut down our intuitive gifts, and how they come back onlineThe psychic awakening that followed my divorce, and the season my body carried me to New YorkThe new paradigm arriving in 2027, and why people who were never “spiritual” are suddenly feeling the pullWhat I actually do in my work: PSYCH-K subconscious reprogramming, nervous system work, and Human DesignThe Owning It Journal’s four daily prompts, and why it starts with meditation instead of a blank pageHow my retreats became a spa day for your soul (fun fact: I’ve led 65 retreats and have still never been on one)We are moving into an era of trusting the inner knowing over the noise. You have it in you. I have it in me. Every human has carried it since the beginning of time. This show is a warm hug and a safe place to practice trusting yours. If you’ve ever had a knowing you couldn’t explain, this episode is for you. Because what’s meant for you CAN find you, and it usually starts the moment you stop outsourcing your knowing. Episode 1 : From Corporate Strategist to Psychic Medium with Lauren Lee

The advice everyone gives about intuition is too vague to be useful. This conversation is the opposite, and oh, you’re going to love this story. Lauren Lee spent 20 years in the corporate world leading business development and growth strategy for e-commerce and tech companies, and she’s a longtime mindfulness teacher. Then life handed her a heartbreaking loss, one unexplainable moment in a vet’s office, and a spontaneous reading in a metaphysical shop that cracked her whole world open. Now she’s a developing medium with the most grounded, joyful take on it you’ve ever heard. Her story is proof that your soul’s timing is real, and that the magic shows up the moment you stop arguing with it. What if the answer you’ve been searching for has been inside you this whole time, just waiting for you to listen? That’s what this conversation is all about, and I am SO excited it’s the one opening this show. We start with the wild moment of serendipity that reconnected our paths (it blew my mind), and then my dear friend Lauren and I dive into the thing everyone talks about but nobody explains: what intuition actually feels like in your body, when your awareness and something bigger than your mind are all saying yes, how to tell real knowing apart from fear and mental chatter, and why learning to trust it might be the most fun you’ll ever have with your own life. In this episode, you’ll discover: What it felt like the first time Lauren received information beyond logicWhy doubt is part of the journey, not proof you’re making it upWhat “sitting in the power” means and how it helps you call your energy backHow to tell the difference between intuition, anxiety, and your mind’s running commentaryWhy feeling safe in your body opens the door to your inner guidanceA simple daily practice to strengthen your intuitive trust, starting todayWe also get into manifestation as playful co-creation instead of forcing, why what’s meant for you can find you when you’re living as your true self, and how the tiny delights, an intuitive walk, letting your gut pick at the grocery store, train your inner compass. And I share my own psychic awakening, because yes, that happened, and I can’t wait for you to hear it. Here’s the truth underneath this whole conversation: your intuition has been speaking the entire time, often through your body before your mind can explain it. You don’t need to find it. You just need to clear the static so you can hear it again. And on the other side of that? More ease, more magic, more joy, and a life that feels like YOURS. This one is for anyone who knows there’s more to decision-making than logic, anyone navigating change, and anyone ready to trust their inner knowing a little more deeply. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. Press play, loves. Loved this episode?
