Insatiable

I am always recommending this podcast to friends so I thought I should finally take the time to write a review. Ali is so thoughtful and refreshingly honest with all the topics she covers. She always finds amazing guests to discuss complex issues within the health and wellness world from how to make behavioral change to women’s health issues, diet culture, body image, and everything in between. But rather than pushing a diet or quick-fix solution, Ali encourages listeners to think deeper and cultivate a more compassionate and nurturing relationship with food and their bodies. I often refer to the show notes and read the articles or websites that Ali and her guests have discussed. Insatiable is a must-listen podcast.
