I’m Michael Rosenbaum, I’ve spent the better part of the last two decades in and out of film and television - mostly known for playing the bald dude on the show Smallville. I’m the guy that you probably don’t know by name, but when you see my face you might say “oh, that guy from that thing.” I’ve befriended some of the most talented people in the business, but it wasn’t until I started inviting them into my home that I realized, I didn’t really know these people. What started as me having some fun, quickly evolved into something I’ve fallen in love with. What I’ve discovered is that all these people aren’t that different from you and me. They have the same insecurities and flaws that we all deal with every day. In a dark, yet enlightening way...I find a lot of comfort in that. I invite you all to join me while I get inside each of these fascinating people.

Rose is still a Rose
I always loved this guys acting, and he shill comes through legit in this format. I realize that down to earth believability that I dig in his acting is real. Keep it up man, I appreciate all your guests as well. Thanks!
Pick a different word please
You are having great guests and the conversations are insightful and enjoyable. Please use another exclamation besides “Jesus”. It’s important to me - even if not for others - and I’d appreciate another expression to be used. You seem someone who’d understand and make the effort. Much appreciated.
- A Smallville and Michael Rosenbaum fan
I have tried listening to several podcasts before, but with the attention span of a gnat, I just never felt any were fulfilling enough to continue trying to snatch my interest… except now I have so much catching up to do! I ran across a simple post, that led me to Michael’s account that led me to the IoU account that led me to listening to some very amazing raw interviews where I’ve had to remember to mute myself in Skype meetings cause I’ll bust out a chuckle while I’m supposed to be intently engaged in project planning. I’ve decided “Inside of You” needs more of my divided attention so I can remain employed, and now have shower, cooking, and driving plans lined up. The conversations between Michael and his guests are filled with such great stories and energy that I feel like I’m on the couch and not just a fly on the wall. Love! Thanks!! Im just sorry I took so long. Xoxo
