Welcome to the Insource Podcast.
Together, we’re going to stop being told how to think, look and feel- and instead, go within and BEGIN.
I get it. I’ve been there. I’ve gone through life checking the boxes the world told me to - college, smaller body, marriage, house, Botox. I trusted that I was always just one box away from true happiness until I realized it was a f*****g hamster wheel.
Once I stopped listening to the “experts” and decided the only true expert on me is me, my entire life changed.
The Insource Podcast is about learning how to recognize and lean into your internal voice; to learn who YOU are and honoring your discoveries. Get ready to take your journey inside and watch your outside world align to where it was always meant to be.

The Gift of Holding Space
As we grow, comfort zones and requests grow and change with us. Change is hard. Our brains don’t like it, and the people who are effected by us changing can often struggle with how it impacts them.
As we begin to prioritize ourselves and insource our lives, we might need to pull out of commitments we once were all in on, or set a boundary that had never been enforced before, or create discomfort for people we care about as a result of prioritizing you.
And this feels HARD. But, hard doesn’t mean we’re doing it wrong. As we journey inwards, hard often means we’re finally doing it right… we’re dealing with the right kind of hard.
In todays episode I share what holding space looks like, and why it is such an important piece of growth. Space for you, and space for those around you.
We can’t all think the exact same, nor would we want to. But if we’re not careful, these differences can lead to frustration and resentment… which is never something I’m going to sign up for.
Join me as we walk through the mind a bit on what it means to hold space for change, for other people’s experiences of our change, and for ourselves as we learn and unlearn who we want to be.

What You’re Really Afraid Of
On the surface our fears sound reasonable… I am afraid of confrontation, I am afraid of public speaking, I am afraid of what they’ll say or what they’ll think. You talk to your friends about your fear and mot can relate.
BUT, what if what you’re afraid of isn’t actually what you’re afraid of at all?
In todays episode I offer a different way to look at your fears, to dig deeper, to peel back the layers and see what is hiding underneath that surface fear. And, spoiler alert, its your THOUGHTS.
We’re not *truly* afraid of what’s going on outside of us, as much as we’re afraid of what could go on inside of us. And when we can see and recognize that, it takes some of the power from that fear.
Because with the work we’re doing here on this podcast, and in the world, we know that we are the only masters of our mind. And if our fear is of ourselves, then we have control over it. And man, there is so much power in that!
Join me as we take a look at what your subconscious might be offering, that your conscious mind is actually totally cool with.

But Do You Like You?
Most of us have gone our whole lives spending all of our attention on being whole the world has told us to be, filtering ourselves through the lease of “what are they thinking of me.”
We have a fear that we’re not good enough, that we don’t bring enough value, that we’re too much, that we’re annoying, that they won’t like us, etc… but like, SO WHAT? Maybe they don’t like you. Maybe you are too much for them, or not smart enough, or speak too confidently.
When you stop to think about it, its not a problem that you’re not everyone’s cup of tea. There’s not a soul on the planet who has everyone in their pocket. What matters is whether or not YOU LIKE YOU.
In todays episode we chat about how to continue to show up as a version yourself that you like, regardless of what “they” think. I dive into some thought work around accepting the possible rejection from the outside, as you double down on the acceptance from the inside.
I can’t wait for you to step into your power, own who you are, and let their opinions fall where they will.

Growing Keeps You Going
Staying where you are often feels like the safe choice. But, I’m guessing that since you’re here with me, safe isn’t what you’re after.
You, like me, want growth, evolution, expansion. Which means, for people like us, we’re bound to be confused sometimes as our conscious self wants more, but our subconscious brains says, “nah, we good.”
In todays episode I talk about how to lean into the growth seasons, how to recognize the signs that growth is coming, and how to mentally overcome doubt that your brain is throwing your way.
We want a big life, a full one… and that doesn’t happen from the confines of our comfort zone. So tune in to this episode to grab the courage needed to zoom out and elevate your vibe!

Building Confidence with Micro Goals
The number one way to build self confidence, is to follow through on the commitments you make to yourself.
The thing is, we generally make BIG commitments, like:
I’m going to start this workout program and not miss a day, its 60 minutes a day for 60 days. I’m doing my diet for real this time. No more sugar, carbs, junk food, alcohol, etc. I am going to build this side hustle into something great so that I can leave my full time job Etc.
Etc.
But, then, when things get hard, because it is too much pressure or too much of a departure from your normal life, you give up. And, when you give up consistently over time, you hemorrhage trust with yourself. You learn that you can’t count on you. You learn that you are ok with disappointing yourself, as long as you’re not disappointing others.
In todays episode I walk you through how to start building that trust back… with micro goals. Things that don’t require a TON from you, but require just enough to build that mind management and stay committed to your goal. Things that, as you do them, you learn you actually CAN do hard things, just not all at once.
Join me as I share how you can set micro goals to build your self confidence, and set yourself up for that massive goal you have on your vision board.
And don’t forget, I’m still running the beta test for my membership that is launching in the new year, and I would LOVE to have you join us! Default Operating Systems
Through my years as a life coach, and in doing my own self coaching, I’ve learned that we all have, what I like to call, Default Operating Systems. Meaning thought patterns that our brains tend to think after years of practicing those beliefs.
What we’re doing here is trying to uncover what those thought patterns are, and then, create new programming for our brains. Thoughts that ultimately will feel better and be more efficient for us, but initially feel really hard and challenging to use.
Join me in today’s episode as I break down how to spot what your default operating system is, and then some tactics on how to grant yourself grace as your brain learns the new programming you’re giving it.
I also want to invite you to become a Beta Test Participant in my membership that will be officially launching in the New Year. You will get access to the Intentional Living course that I just wrapped up, as well as weekly live coaching calls. Details are in the episode, or found here: ashliemolstad.com/intentional-you

Fellow previous BODI coach and new Entrepeneur
Ashlie- WOW! You just had me in tears with your latest episode Growing Keeps Me Going. A friend of mine just sent it to me to listen and you were literally speaking to ME. Like you were in my head. This is me and everything I once was, everything I am now, everything I’ve preached for years now and the current life path I’m following! THANK YOU so much for the inspiring words. I have so much respect and admiration after just one episode. I’ll see you on the inside! 🫶🏼 Pam
Scammer alert
Ashlie is the queen of outsourcing everything. She also scams women for a living. She is a failed life coach who should not be giving anyone advice on anything. She is not qualified at all. Everything she says is stolen info. Do not heed her advice.
AUTHENTIC!
I have followed Ashlie on social media and off for years and her evolution has inspired me in my own life beyond measure. I absolutely love how much she emphasizes working on yourself to truly better your own life. I have had a few therapists over the years and they haven’t helped teach me a fraction of what Ashlie has with the Insource podcast. She is a breath of fresh air from transitional therapy and she is truly changing people’s lives. I’m here for it! Get it girl.
