Fantastic info about movement for seniors

Just listened to the 2-part interview with Movement for Life creator Hedy and I’m so inspired to share it with my senior parents. It’s wonderful to hear about exercise for seniors that’s so accessible and life affirming. Such great info in there!

Throws out information without sources

Twins study: very poorly reviewed. Sounds like an infomercial.

Going down the hill

This was once a show that was more real info with some science backing, Now off the rails And fringe Too bad. This episode on neurodegenerative toxins is sooo weak; she is just reading some statements but really offering nothing to substantiate. It is really in the end telling us nothing of value…the show also just pushes its own supplements
