This was my first time watching your podcast but my 2nd time watching and working out to your YouTube workouts which by the way have my body sore lol but in a good way!! I love how you all go into detail and answer the questions about good versus bad food. That there is none but that we should see if what we are eating is beneficial to our goals!! Most of the time it is no lol. The hardest thing for me is finding the foods to eat because I realized I can’t have a lot of those lovely veggies like onions and peppers because it creates gas in my system that uncomfortable. But I’ve learned to work around that in my cooking. However, I heard you all mention counting calories in your Instagram video and i wanted to know, what’s the best way to count your calories especially if you are cooking the meals yourself? I haven’t found a good way to count the calories in the foods that I eat.

I am in love with this podcast… It has been such a good thing for me to listen to as I’ve been kind of struggling on my own fitness journey and really getting insights into certain aspects of not only the fitness side, but also of just my body in general, so thank you guys for this podcast.
