Finally, we return to Haiti with Flashpoints political analyst Frantz Jerome to discuss disturbing developments within the so-called Presidential Transition Council ruling the island nation since a US/CARICOM brokered agreement was signed to ostensibly address the problem of paramilitary gangs.
