    93. Grief is a b*tch

    93. Grief is a b*tch

This week I share why grief is at the very bottom of every core wound and trauma we’ve experienced. Grief does not like to be touched. She loves to be by herself. But when you find her she’s got a lot of valuable things to say in order to heal. I get to the story of grief by way of perfectionism. It’s a personal share of how I’ve honed my perfectionistic tendencies throughout my life. I share how it showed up in ballet, my nonprofit career, body shaming, and ruminating on convos. At the very bottom of my perfectionism is the desire to be loved and with that is a lot of grief for every moment I didn’t receive it. So buckle up! It’s a funny one.

    91. Hanging with our spirit guides with Beth Kiacz

Today I chat with Galactic Seer, Beth Kiacz. She shares how she helps clients develop their own relationship with channeling and spirit guides. She has an earned-secure attachment style recovering from fearful-avoidant as a child. Channeling and communing with her spirit guides have really helped her develop trust and ease anxiety in her body. Which are the two most important things for fearful avoidants to heal. We go further into how to stop people-pleasing and why ancestors like to hang out in our throat chakra. I thoroughly enjoyed gabbing with Beth it was a delightful convo.

    90. Recovering from COVID with Rachael and Lesley

Today I am joined by shadow work coach Rachael Besser and Lesley Stevens. We happened to attend the same networking event and all came down with COVID at the same time. We share how we all got through it together. We get into the details of how it affected each of us differently, what tv shows got us through the week, and what we learned from the experience. This is no way medical advice. Not at all. No way, not here. We like to leave the medical advice up to the professionals. But it is a hilarious and heartwarming recounting of our experiences. We wish you all happy healing and/or continued avoidance of COVID-19. MWAH!
