    Prof. Belinda Beck, PhD: Bone Health: Building Strong Bones, Preventing Age-Related Loss, And Reversing Osteoporosis With Evidence-Based Exercise

    Most women are not thinking about their bones until a fracture happens or a scan comes back alarmingly. By then, the window for the most impactful intervention has often been narrowing for decades.
