Rachel makes aging enviable!

Rachel’s enthusiasm for aging is contagious! Her podcast topics resonate with my own interest and often personal experiences. Guests are always experts in whichever field she is discussing, and advice and information is useful. Rachel is an excellent interviewer, and has somehow made aging enviable!

I highly recommend her podcast.

Love Rachel

I've been listening to Rachel for years and find her to be a wealth of information. Not only do I personally gain great value, but I glean much knowledge that I use in my psychotherapy practice as well. Rachel and the guests she selects have permanently reframed what women view as possible in midlife.

westat936 ,

Rachel is a Revolutionary!

Nothing and no one makes me feel more excited about my mid-life experience than Rachel! Her creativity and commitment to serving women in this time of life is so welcome and I am truly grateful!
