    Braised Tofu, A5 Wagyu Steak, Aging, and Laughter with Joel McHale

    Dave cooks a protein-focused dish for a "master of meat": actor, comedian, & host Joel McHale...but Dave doesn't cook red meat like Joel may be used to. After having some of Dave's delicious Wu's Garden-inspired braised tofu, Joel hops (literally) into the kitchen to make a gorgeous Miyazaki A5 wagyu steak.
