Feeling Lost? Life Offers Opportunities: Raw & Real Talk from the Gray Area

Welcome back to another episode of man vs Marriage! In this powerful off-the-cuff episode, Quincy Moran speaks straight from the heart about walking through the "Gray Area" — those heavy seasons where challenges with autism in your family, health setbacks, financial pressure, marriage tension, and purpose feel relentless. Quincy shares vulnerable stories from his own journey as a husband, father of children with autism, and man in his late 40s. He explores how to keep hope alive when days feel like Groundhog Day, how to shift your perspective, and why life offers opportunities even in adversity. Key moments include: • The power of hope as a strategy • God-given dreams that restored perspective with his son • Gratitude shifts after hearing stories from other autism parents • The future-self framework: What you’re going through today is preparing the man you’re becoming tomorrow • Practical warning about phone addiction and being present with your family If you’re in a tough season right now, this episode is for you. Seasons change. Lessons matter. Pressure is a privilege. Scripture: Galatians 6:9-10 📧 Share your story: quincy@mvsmpodcast.com New to the show? Start with our Legacy Roadmap series. Your next day One !

Men, when is your next Day One? It doesn’t have to wait until Monday. It doesn’t have to wait until you feel ready. The real power is in the choice — the moment you decide that who you are today does not have to be who you are tomorrow. In this powerful episode, I share the lesson I learned coaching high school football about “Placing a Demand on History,” and how making one clear choice restores your authority as a husband, father, and leader. Your legacy is built by the man you choose to become starting today. This episode is part of the Legacy Roadmap series and connects directly to Episode 404 (Guarding Your Quiet Dialogue) and Episode 405 (I Get To vs I Have To). If you’re ready to stop waiting and start building with intention, this one is for you. Key Takeaways: • The power of your life is activated by choice, not by perfect conditions. • When you choose to become a new man, you restore your authority as a husband, father, and leader. • Legacy is built by daily decisions, not by waiting for the “right time.” • Your Next Day One begins the moment you make the choice — not when you feel ready. • This choice must be made daily, especially when life feels heavy or old patterns try to return. • Who you are becoming is more important than who you have been. • Placing a demand on history starts with the daily decision to show up as the man you’re becoming. YOUR NEXT STEPS - This week, I want you to make a clear, intentional choice. Not a feeling. Not a hope. A choice. Decide right now that you are becoming a new man in one specific area of your life. Write it down. Say it out loud. Tell a brother. Then take one action today that proves you made the choice. Because the power is not in waiting for transformation to feel good. The power is in the daily decision to become who God created you to be. Your Next Day One starts today. Share your choice in the comments or with a brother this week. Men Helping Men. Hope Starts Here. Legacy is the long game. Unleashing Your Inner Man – How Your Quiet Dialogue Is Hindering Your Growth (Legacy Roadmap Series)

WELCOME BACK TO ANOTHER EPISODE OF MAN VS MARRIAGE! There is a silent sabotage going on in your life. It lurks in frustration and disappointment. It plays on your fears, creates suspicion, makes you jump to conclusions, and steals your inner peace. I call it Quiet Dialogue — the “here we go again” voice. The trap of “always” and “never.” For too long I read my wife’s mind, assumed the worst, and let this inner story drive blame instead of ownership. It wasn’t just with her — anyone who disappointed me became part of that voice, and it was holding me back. In this live episode of the Legacy Roadmap series, we break down how to catch it, pause, take personal responsibility, and replace it so it builds peace and resilience instead of sabotage. Key Takeaways Guard your quiet dialogue — it either fuels blame or builds peace and resilienceBreak the “always and never” trapPause, review your choices, and take personal responsibilityReplace negative inner stories with truth and gratitude Call to Action This week catch your quiet dialogue 3 times. Pause, own your choices, and replace it. Share a win in the comments or with a brother. Connect With Quincy Email: quincy@mvsmpodcast.com Website: quincymoran.com Men Helping Men. Hope Starts Here. Legacy Is The Long Game: Build It Daily or Lose It Forever

Welcome back to another episode of Man vs Marriage. This Episode is in our Big Picture Deep Dive series. Legacy is an impact made on you that inspires you to become a better version of who you are. It makes an impact positive or negative. I learned a valuable lesson when I coached HS Football. What I did today would affect my tomorrow and my future. However, when you are building something you will not see it as a fully formed or finished project until the project meets its completion. Until now you may not have recognized that you have the opportunity to make an impact on human history in an historic fashion. It’s what I called “Placing a Demand on History” — doing the work with excellence no matter the outcome, which is almost always out of your control. What is within your control are the things you are directly responsible for — my process: Focus on what you can affect. Placing a demand on history means walking out your purpose, doing the work in such a manner that who you are and what you have done becomes undeniable. In essence, it is your Legacy. Legacy is the long game — built by daily execution, not perfection. Main Show Content Legacy is the long game — built by daily execution, not perfection. It is being built by passivity or by purpose. By excuses or by execution. It outlives us once our time on this earth has come to a close. It’s your Legacy. Your approach to life and legacy is being watched by your family, but the real work happens when no one else is looking. That congruency and commitment to integrity gives you internal credibility so when the tough times come you walk through the fire and stand tall. Bullet Points Legacy is the long game — built by daily execution, not perfectionIt is being built by passivity or by purposeBuilt by excuses or by executionIt outlives us once our time on this earth has come to a close Close + Call to Action Ask yourself: Are you building your legacy by purpose or passivity? How are you a man you can trust? Do you have internal credibility? Are you executing on living by excuses? Are you prepared to place a demand on history? This week, place a demand on history. Choose one thing and execute it with excellence even when no one is watching. Share this episode with 5 men. Next week we go deeper into Jesus as the greatest legacy. HOPE STARTS HERE – BECOMING A MORE RESILIENT MAN

Welcome to “Hope Starts Here.” For years I’ve taught the Funeral Experience as a powerful tool for transformation. On February 7th and April 17th, 2026, it became deeply personal when I performed a Celebration of Life from the minister’s side. Tonight I share those real moments, the charge I gave the family, and how God used them to deepen my love, loyalty, and honor for Him — showing us all that who you are is not who you have to be. If you’re feeling stuck or asking “Can I really change my life?”, this live teaching will give you the practical tool and the hope to start becoming the resilient man God designed you to be.
