Top Notch

Long time supporter. I know both these guys, can’t decide who is cooler, Tom or Ragnar. Interesting conversation about being small business owners, being English, being Icelandicish (?). And Ula gave just the right of Chinese for me. Good interview, good language practice. Thanks gang. Cara

Not for beginners

You need quite a bit more than a beginning level of Chinese to follow what they’re talking about. I’m sure it’s great if you already speak Chinese but he doesn’t translate what she’s saying more than half the time, so I’m left scratching my head instead of learning.

Texas is dangerous?

Just finished listening to this episode. Was turned off when he made gun sounds to demonstrate why he wouldn’t let his kid study there. Have you ever been to Texas? I’m not even from there, and I just thought it was a weird. Is this a common stereotype shared among those that live in the UK? If so, it’s just weird and biased. Was this meant to be satire or was he legit concerned about safety in TX?
