Candid about eating disorders

Dr. Nelson and her guest expose the painful and hard truth about eating disorders in an extremely knowledgeable way.

Excellent!

As someone who has lived with an eating disorder for decades and has been in the process of healing recently, I highly recommend this podcast. Dr. Nelson’s approach is validating and comforting and offers assurance to all who listen. I’ve listened to many podcasts on this topic and put Melrose Listens at the top of my list!

Perifawn ,

Lacks inclusivity

A good resource, but does a disservice to transgender people and other LGBTQIA+ folks, episodes sorely lacking any sort of intersectional lens. Trans men are men. Focusing solely on cis men in the episode about “men and boys” is misguided. I hope this podcast turns itself around.
