Honest and Candid
Damian speaks honestly and candid about the rollercoaster life of bipolar disease, as well as anxiety and depression. He shares what works for him such as exercise and meditation. The most helpful thing for me is he explains just what bipolar people need and what to do as a parent, partner or friend. It helped me learn what to do to help a loved one cope in difficult times such as when they get manic or depressed. As a person who is not bipolar but struggles with depression and anxiety this podcast is very informative. Keep them coming Damian.
