Science and compassion

Rachel Goodman is a fantastic dietitian. She explains complex concepts so clearly, making previously difficult information accessible to many more people. Her information is backed in evidence and she comes across as a friendly and compassionate expert in her field. I’ve been following Rachel on Instagram for a long time and I believe this podcast will be an extension of the valuable thoughts she has been making public, helping people to move past society’s expectations, and challenging certain thoughts common in the medical field.
