Much needed endurance fueling wisdom

Anyone doing endurance sports will benefit from this podcast which conveys what it really takes to fuel well. The mental game discussed around fueling and the stories of the guests are inspirational and will surely motivate folks to finally dial in their nutrition. I’ve already taken a few pearls of wisdom and incorporated the great advice. Thanks to the Nutritional Rev team for putting out this incredible content which has been desperately needed by the endurance community for a very long time!
