New to OPP

Sean has passion for looking at life with different lenses. I've just begun listening to the podcast, but have known Sean for years. He's always searching for truth in the universe and applying disciplines to help navigate towards the answers. His guests have been extremely knowledgeable and Sean sets each episode up perfectly. I find myself in a perpetual ah ha moment as I listen along to these conversations.

Great information

Sean does a great job as an interviewer, asking the right questions at the right time while being insightful and humorous at the same time. The topics seem to be well balanced between physicality and brain functions. At times, the topics seem to be pretty heady, but he’s able to break it down into easy to understand terms....I always coming away learning something....thanks OPP!
