Instead, they claim they were immediately greeted by the spirits already living there. Children laughing in the attic. Old men appearing in hallways. Beds rising from the floor. Voices in the night. Dark entities watching from corners of the house. And that’s only the beginning. The eldest daughter, Andrea Perron later wrote books detailing what she says truly happened inside the house — and her own theory points toward the spirit of Mrs Arnold, a former resident tied to the property’s tragic history.
