My Friday Go to listen on the way to teach!!

This has become the first podcast. I look for every Friday to listen on my long, drive to work, to teach. And then I try to figure out how many other instructors I want to share the current topic with.

And it’s not just for Pilates instructors, I teach many formats and so much of what Hannah covers is applicable to those other formats.
