Caron De Mars ,

My "Health Stack Morning Routine" starts with Plant Based Briefing!

Neuroscientist interested in goal-setting emphasize the importance of a healthy early morning routine. My routine starts with the Plant Based Briefing podcast while I drink two glasses of water; make coffee and tea; and get outside in the early morning sun to do some garden maintenance. I always learn something new. I thoroughly enjoyed the series on Earth care in the run up to Earth Day, and appreciate how Marian Erickson references other episodes that are tied to the current topic. Not only have I learned new information for my plant based journey, but appreciate the panoply of sources that Marian uses. I have learned more sources for plant-based living that emphasize the environment, health, and compassion if this lifestyle. If you want a daily dose of inspiration subscribe to Plant-Based Briefing!
