As a 54 year old father and stepfather, I've spent years watching my stepdaughter and countless others devote endless time, energy, and money to travel sports-yet I've seen so many young athletes burn out, lose their drive, or break down physically. It's been frustrating as a parent, and eye opening as someone who loves training myself. I've always had a passion for fitness, but staying consistent hasn't always been easy for me. Listening to the Strong Life Podcast has completely reignited that fire for me. Zach's straight talk about youth sports, training younger athletes and adults, and life cuts through the noise. It's not just about stronger athletes-it's about stronger people, families, and communities. Inspired by Zach's message, Ive purchased his Body Weight Training Program and already started applying it. Once a week I work with my 20 year old twins with special needs at Fenix Fitness in Staten Island NY during their group fitness class, and I've been able to incorporate so much of what I've learned from this podcast in to those sessions. Seeing them respond to the principles that Zach teaches has been incredible and deeply rewarding. Looking ahead, I'm motivated to take what I've learned, live it consistently, and maybe even coach in the future, helping others build strength the right way. As the father of two teenage athletes (football/track and field) I really learn a lot of practical no-nonsense information that helps me do my part to keep my boys healthy and strong.

I’m 13 years old, I wrestle year-round, and I’ve got one of the best coaches in my state. I also lift year-round, in-season and off-season, so I’m always grinding. But even when you put in the work every day, sometimes your head isn’t all the way locked in. That’s where Zach comes in. The Strong Life Podcast pumps me up and keeps me focused. Zach talks about training, toughness, and mindset in a way that makes me want to get after it whether it’s another hard lift, extra conditioning, or just showing up with the right attitude at practice. His stories and energy remind me why I do this and why it matters to outwork everyone else. What I really like is that he doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He tells it straight, just like my coach does. Listening to Zach feels like having another coach in my corner, pushing me to stay disciplined and fired up. If you’re an athlete who wants to be great or just need that kick of motivation when things get tough this podcast delivers. For me, it’s fuel.
