This is the definitive Full Moon Features podcast! Each week, we’re going to watch a different film from Charles Band’s madcap universe of low-budget horror thrillers, encompassing not only the Full Moon films but also the earlier stable of Empire International Pictures and sub-labels like Moonbeam and Torchlight!

Crash & Burn / Robot Wars (with John Torrani)
After the collapse of Empire, Stuart Gordon's ROBOT JOX got a delayed release under a new distributor, and Charles Band was quick to respond with not one but two films that marketed themselves as direct follow-ups to Gordon's mech-battling adventure, even if that wasn't exactly true. 1990's CRASH & BURN is more of a locked-room murder mystery than a mech fighter, and 1993's ROBOT WARS, while definitely delivering on it's title, shares very little plot similarities with JOX, and even recycles some cast members in new roles. We're digging into both of these with returning guest John Torrani, the world's foremost expert on all things ROBOT JOX!

A horde of zombie wreaks havoc on a film set in 2000's THE DEAD HATE THE LIVING!, a witty throwback to classic horror that boasts some great monster designs and a deep genre knowledge! We're joined this week by none other than the film's director and writer, Dave Parker, who gives us a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the film and shares some great stories about working at Full Moon!

Filmmaker, producer, and all-around badass Heather Buckley joins us this week to talk about Stuart Gordon's DOLLS, the last of the films from our beloved Arrow Video Empire of Screams boxed set! This dark fairy tale is a slight change of pace for Gordon's hardcore repertoire, but it's still a movie with its charms and effectively creepy moments.

Fantastic Horror Podcast
Love this podcast! It’s feels like a conversation between a bunch of my friends, and I always walk away with a few fun facts to share afterwards! A must for any horror fan!

Such a fun, informative show with two hosts who are clearly horror and Full Moon maniacs. if you follow the show, you’ll inadvertently learn so much about the horror movies that you grew up, watching, and loving, …or possibly even hating, BUT they find ways to make it incredibly informative and even hilarious. They have great chemistry and a variety of guests. Really enjoying bombing through their back catalog!
Charles Band-averse
I love this podcast, it deals with everything from Charles Band’s Full moon, moonbeam and beyond. They discuss what worked and didn’t work during each movie with a guest. It’s a good time and you’ll learn things you didn’t know about the different productions.
