Actionable advice

In each episode, Dr. Vanderbilt includes advice that I can actually apply to my own life. Even the topics I can’t relate to are really interesting and I feel like I’m learning about the relationships around me as well.

A treasure of a podcast

So insightful and relatable. I’m sad this series is over! But I still continue to play back these wonderful episodes. If you’re struggling to understand your partner or are just looking to improve what relationships you do have, this series is essential! Perfect 5 stars!

Already an amazing podcast

I write very few reviews but I had to post one about this podcast. After listening to the relationship doctor I feel like I’ve just had a conversation with an expert that completely changed how I thought about my relationships. I think this is exactly what’s needed in a podcast and anyone interested in learning and having fun in a relationship should listen.
