Body Confidence and Self Belief with Harnaam Kaur

I’M RETURNING WITH THE BEAUTIFUL HARNAAM KAUR. In this heartfelt exchange, I had the privilege of conversing with Harnaam Kaur, a beacon of light in the realms of modeling, motivational speaking, and anti-bullying activism. Harnaam graciously shared her voyage towards self-love and empowerment amidst the challenges of living with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). She illuminated the path that led her to become a motivational speaker, underscoring the pivotal role of personal development and mental health in her life.
Harnaam bravely opened up about her encounters with bullying, revealing how she stood up to her bullies with grace and strength. She offered wisdom on navigating the tumultuous waters of online negativity, emphasising the art of choosing battles with discernment.
Our conversation delved into the sanctity of her daily routines with her beloved dogs, and her journey into the realms of spirituality and religion. Harnaam spoke of religion’s imprint on her childhood and her courageous questioning of religious norms. Despite her quiet and reserved nature, she draws inspiration from the world around her, embarking on a journey of self-discovery and meaningful self-dialogue.
Harnaam’s experiences with the spirit realm are profound—encounters with the souls of those passed and out-of-body experiences mark her spiritual journey, continuing to shape her understanding and connection with the universe.

How To Make an Intuitive Decision Quickly

How To Make an Intuitive Decision Quickly

IN THIS EPISODE I SHARE THREE WAYS TO MAKE AN INTUITIVE DECISION QUICKLY Every decision we make takes us closer to, or further away from ourselves, our soul, and our alignment. Today, we’re exploring how to plug into our intuition to get a clear hit quickly. So much of life’s discomfort comes when we’re stuck in the in-between. Sometimes we feel stuck in this paralysis because we’re not able to choose or know what we truly want. From changing jobs, moving house, whether to stay or end a relationship, to simple things like choosing an outfit or what to eat for lunch today, knowing how to tap into our intuition can be such a helpful tool for navigating life and its endless change. In this episode I’m going to be sharing my favorite ways to connect in and receive clear guidance to get to the answer you need.

    Letter to A Lightworker

    Letter to A Lightworker

IN THIS EPISODE I SHARE A DEEPLY PERSONAL POEM. Finally surrendering to the call of the soul. Letter To A Lightworker is from my first book, Light Is The New Black. This poem acted as a manifesto for myself. A testament to the faith, inner knowing, and purpose that each one of us carries. It is a reminder that we are supported in our journey and that our experiences, both beautiful and painful, shape us into who we are meant to be. Whether you’re feeling on track or lost, this episode seeks to assure you that you’re exactly where you need to be.
“I bless the thing that broke you down and cracked you open because the world needs you open.”

Stepping Out Of The Spiritual Closet

Stepping Out Of The Spiritual Closet

I SHARE MY EXPERIENCE OF STEPPING OUT OF THE SPIRITUAL CLOSET The journey can be both isolating and empowering. I know how challenging it can be when you first awaken or open yourself up to the deeper questions of life. I’ve been there and know, from experience, it can feel like living a double life. Today, I share how I began, little by little, stepping out of the spiritual closet. The work for me was really around weaving my worlds together, knowing and trusting that not only would I find like-hearted people – but also that I would attract those people into my life too. My hope in hearing my story is that you’ll be encouraged to embrace and embody who you truly are too.
“If you don’t let the world see you, your people will just be walking straight by you, unable to recognize you when they’re right there, right in front of you.”
