And before I go any further, I want to set the record straight on what this episode is and is not. This is not an anti-hormone therapy episode. This is not an anti-medication episode. I take a yes-and approach to medicine. Conventional tools have their place. Hormone replacement therapy has helped a lot of women. GLP-1 medications have real clinical value in the right context. I am not here to tear any of that down. What I am here to do is talk about the piece that keeps getting skipped. The upstream work. The foundational layer that has to be in place for any of those tools to actually do what they are supposed to do and keep doing it.
