Glynn Washington makes the show

The host is really immerses you into a mood before introducing stories that for the most part are believable and eerie. He is an incredible storyteller and the other podcasts in this genre really lack a strong host. I like that there s no angst over whether the tales are legitimate or not like other podcasts- Washington simply starts from a place where you believe in the supernatural and go from there- it’s much less self conscious this way. I burned through all the subscriber podcasts within a month, they’re so good.

Stories used to be better

The one about the blond family on the bikes… are you kidding me? He made a big deal about a group of first-degree relatives having the same hair color? That makes them aliens? Someone get this man a punnet square.

Addicting but Season 6 is dissappointing

I have spent the last few seasons binging this show and was happy to subscribe to Luminary to only listen to this podcast. I am really disappointed that there is one episode per week and past episodes are rereleased as if new. For future seasons I’ll just wait until all episodes are available before subscribing.
