Very good info, no instruction

This is a series of short informative talks about somatic movements and how and why they work. What this isn’t is instructions on how to do any of the basic movements. To get that you’ll need to sign up for a paid program. That doesn’t diminish the value of these episodes, as they offer a wealth of great information and education.
