Fantastic listen for coaches and athletes!

Jesse, Marilyn and Elliot are informative, fun, and so knowledgeable about triathlon! As a triathlon coach and athlete, I find their insight extremely helpful and tactical. They are both big picture but also provide really tangible examples and actionable suggestions for coaches and athletes. Their combined years of experience as top athletes and coaches make triathlon some of the most knowledgeable leaders in the sport. Definitely a must listen to become a better triathlete and coach!

Jesse, Elliot, and Marilyn are clearly close outside of the show, and their relationships make the show and authentically fun listen. The advice is often very granular, very much in the weeds, and a few tips has been mega-helpful.
