Customer Reviews
Very informative even for someone who isn’t a coach or PT
I love that the episodes are less than 30 minutes and are packed with useful information. I’m not a coach or PT professional but just a person who lifts while working through a shoulder injury. Lifting weights and using resistance training, first through the coaching of a personal trainer and now on my own, has helped me address and alleviate the pain of a shoulder injury and medical implant in my arm. The deadlift and all its variations are my absolute favorite. Thank you for making this information available to the general public.
Love the knowledge
Appreciate you so much. Learned a ton from the Y we pee/incontinence episode
Great, practical, and digestible info
As a recreational power lifter I’ve found the topics discussed on this podcast really useful for lots of the aches and pains I experience here and there on a regular basis
