I have learned so much!

During a very stressful time of my life, I happened to look up “constipation” on the search option of my podcasts. I had completely stopped pooping, and my gastroenterologist had no real answers, but was suggesting multiple levels of various treatments. Better Belly help me consider all sorts of options that I had not considered as related to my constipation. I was inspired to reconnect with my holistic doctor, and sought out some of the tests recommended to better understand my health problem. This podcast has enlightened me and made me think about different questions as related to my gastro issues. I am inspired my own health in my own hands and I’m ready to put me first.

It’s for anyone and everyone!

I’m a 55 yr old guy who has recently struggled with gut health. It seems like most advice is geared heavily towards women and men really don’t have a resource to go to. Well, I was totally wrong after listening to this series!! I started from the beginning and am 1/4 way through and have gotten so much useful information it’s just not possible to effectively summarize here. Bottom line my bloating and pains have greatly improved and if I can just stick with Allison’s advice, I know my journey towards great health will be headed in the right direction. Allison is for everyone - take her with you on your journey to a better life!l
