The Body Collective is here to change the conversation about weight — to take everything we've learned about shame, unlearn it, and transform it into a source of power. Join hosts Katie Sturino, Hunter McGrady, Ashley Longshore, and Tracy Moore for a series of hilarious and informative conversations about everything from weight-loss medications to dating while plus-sized. With the help of some friends and expert guests, we’ll be creating a judgment-free zone to ask the tough questions and have the hard conversations so we can listen to our bodies, advocate for ourselves, and – ultimately – feel more comfortable in our skin.

So grateful for these chats

I love Hunter and had to check out this new show. I was a little skeptical but now I’m obsessed. These hosts are amazing. I could listen to them for hours. Every episode is so relatable and silly and touching. I look forward to a new episode every week.
Another Safe Space

I came from Katie’s insta and I am loving this so far. I’m on a long, slow recovery journey from years of disordered eating. This group of ladies feel so supportive and I really appreciate having another podcast where the hosts “get it”. Thank you!
Blame Placing Podcast
Oct 14
I was excited for this new podcast but couldn’t even make it through the first episode. All I heard was bashing of everyone else, mostly health care professionals and no accountability that we as a society are overweight. Doctors DO know better and have the responsibility to guide their patients on obesity, associated risks and how to create healthy habits. It may be a hard pill to swallow for someone who isn’t ready to hear it, but the truth hurts. Yes, nurses may make a comment that someone is a big guy moving him to a stretcher because it is his or her back bearing the weight and responsible for the safety of a morbidly obese patient who is likely 2-3 times their weight or may injure them. Nurses have the number one profession for occupational injuries. Not at all impressed with this blame placing podcast. We are responsible for what we put in our bodies and how we move them. Don’t blame a doctor for trying to guide you because you don’t want to hear it.
Disgusting, bad, don’t listen.

This is a show for people that hate women. Don’t listen to a second.
