Kevin Ellis is the real deal.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis out of the blue after a routine scan. In shock and only being offered 2 suggestions by the 6 specialists I went to searching for answers (residronate and walk every day) I somehow thankfully found this podcast. I then signed up for his program. I am cynical about these types of programs. I was afraid it wouldn’t give me what i was looking for. I wanted help with supplements, exercise, nutrients, stress and how to change my diet. Kevin and I had a long conversation and I remember saying “well I guess this is a leap of faith.” It was the best decision I’ve made this year. He is a detail oriented,kind, supportive fountain of information and he gives concrete answers and help in every area of treating and addressing osteoporosis. I am not interested in the drugs that were being offered and was being told this was my only option. It seemed like no one had the answers about how to build bone without the drugs that are routinely given. Kevin walks you through the process, he doesn’t overwhelm you and literally teaches you about this condition and how to address it and help yourself. It is like a great graduate class. I wasted a lot of time on the internet trying to figure this out and feeling lost and alone. Now I’m part of his little community and I have people i can turn to for answers. I’m not afraid anymore because now I have the information I need to change my life.

I found Kevin’s podcast and it immediately began to help me put together the pieces explaining bone health. I even met with him one on one which was super helpful, but now that I’ve joined his Bone Coach program, it’s truly incredible the wealth of knowledge, resources and team that he put together. It is a comprehensive program, by far the most well thought out and clearly addresses all of the various aspects that impact your bone health. If you are listening to these podcasts I can’t recommend his Bone Coach program enough!
A treasure chest of much needed info!
I am in my 50’s and was diagnosed a couple of months ago with osteoporosis in my spine. I am grateful for this podcast and the education it is providing me to determine what is best for me. I listened to every episode, took notes and then visited a rheumatologist. He immediately jumped to a bisphosonate infusion without any further testing for possible underlying causes. The information I had from this podcast equipped me to ask for testing which he wasn’t going to do. I will take the results from that testing and go elsewhere for medical care.
