The (Complex) PTSD Guy

First of all I love the music background. It’s calming and curious. Short format is nice. My PTSD is also related to my fear of being thought of as incompetent. I really appreciate your sharing and helps me think I can do new and will different things and meet interesting people. Take care.

The Complex PTSD Guy is a refreshing view into one person’s journey through the rollercoaster of C-PTSD. I appreciate hearing about the gems and tidbits he has discovered or found helpful along his way, and his voice is so unassuming and kind that I can’t help but smile as he relays them. It makes me feel less alone on this highway of nonsense, pain and beauty as I grapple through the healing work myself.
