92. Mental Health

We have been exploring this topic at my school. We have adopted Conscious Discipline and it is more about the adults in the building at this point so we can address the mental health issues of our students.

So excited to have found this podcast!!

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this podcast — I have been looking for personal development that really spoke to me as a new elementary principal. One who is feeling overwhelmed, exhausted & impatient. The first episode stopped me in my tracks- I feel like I finally found someone who is going to discuss topics that are real and honest about this profession-vulnerability at its best. Thank you soooo much!
