    Ep. 56: You Are Human

    Ep. 56: You Are Human

As Christians, we often think (or are told) that we aren't allowed to feel disappointment, worry, anxiety, and sadness. We are implored by friends to have "the joy of the Lord" instead, or to remember how much God loves you. If God loves you, you should feel happy and not sad. These platitudes make us feel like we have to be robots or angels instead of humans. Meanwhile, God created us to experience emotion. He created us human. And He gives you grace to experience life as a human.

Ep. 54: What has God put on your heart to do?

Noah recommends the Life on Side B podcast, catches up on the mailbag, and asks the probing question, what has God put on your heart to do? The context of this question is around the safety and security of our tribes, and how often we don't do what God is telling us to do because of the fear that comes with leaving this safety and security.

Noah Filipiak and Joseph Bataille were very helpful to me. The conversation was very helpful and insighful. I learned much. This episode is one of Noah's best.

A rare insight into the not so glamorous life of ministry

Huge fan of this podcast! Noah really connect the listeners to the everyday real-life struggles of authors, athletes, musicians, pastors, and more. It is both refreshing and encouraging to be able to relate and connect with the guests on the podcast through the interviews conducted on the show. Would recommend to anyone interested in or involved with ministry and leadership.
