    Forgiving yourself comes first before all else. The way you treat yourself plays a part in how you view others. 

    In order to forgive ourselves, we must allow ourselves space and time to let those things come to the surface. We need to allow ourselves time to become more conscious without the outside world distractions.

    If we want to truly forgive others, we first must learn how to forgive ourselves. Everything we do in this life is a reflection of our own internal reality. If this remains true, how can we truly love and truly forgive others if we can't first learn how to do that with ourselves?

    A lot of us walk around living from our past. Our past programming, past traumas, past experiences and past versions of who we told ourselves we were supposed to be.

    Realizing that this is something you can control and actually have power over to change, is life changing.

    I've learnt this through past coach's and mentors of mine and have been able to create a life completely by design.

    By no means am I perfect, I too am always working on letting go of my past self. But having the knowledge that you hold the power if completely life changing.

    As you go through this meditation, be kind to yourself, give yourself grace. This is a PRACTICE. Meaning it will not feel comfortable at time and will take time to get used to.

    As a tribute to the beginning of the podcast and the very first episode, today The Internal Glow Podcast brings to you a broadened and expanded perspective on the first episode ever.

    We've spoken about how fitness is the gateway to self-mastery, but in today's episode I expand on how yes it is the gateway to self-mastery but for specifically a gateway to HEALTH CONSCIOUSNESS.

    If you can't master taking care of your physical health through exercise, healthy nutrition and healthy habits, you will never understand what it's like to reach HEALTH CONSCIOUSNESS. 

    Meaning, to understand what it means to be at peak health. Knowing your body so well that you understand what foods feel good, what stress does to your body, what products to avoid, etc. It no longer becomes just about your muscles, but about the internal health state of your body. How well are your organs functioning? What is digestion like? Are you in a constant mental fog?

    Having a deeper understanding for your health is a blessing, but can only be achieved if the more surface level steps have been conquered first.

    In a world full of external noise, we can loose ourselves very easily. Getting lost in what society deems acceptable, other peoples opinions, social media, and letting that control our internal world as well as our internal beliefs.

    Not only does the external world impact our internal reality, but the programs you were taught growing up, wired you a certain way and to believe certain things.

    This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but what you need to know is that you have the power to carry the positive with you and leave the bad. You actually have the power to rewrite the story for yourself and choose what you what to be.

    In a world full of noise, ground yourself internally and by seeking a higher power.

This coach has really taken the time to dedicate herself to knowing what makes a person whole. It is more than just workouts and diets, and she found the key to success.
