A needed message
Through dieting and abusing my body I have became completely disconnected to the point where I can’t even enjoy movement anymore, which is something that is normally therapeutic. I am so glad I found this podcast when I did. It’s so relatable and the message is kind, truthful and effective. And I love hearing her Canadian accent ... Love it!!!
Trainer with heart!

The missing piece
I just found this podcast and I’m so happy I did. I’ve been practicing Intuitive eating but struggling with movement. I know that I need to change my relationship switch exercise and that I have a lot of blocks around not being athletic and not sticking with it. I could relate to Kim’s story and I’m looking forward to more great episodes.
